1) Return Windows

Stock items: Returnable within 30 days of delivery with an RMA.

After 30 days: Case-by-case; up to 25% restocking may apply.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/special orders; cut-to-length/fabricated items.
- Opened chemicals/adhesives/sealants/aerosols; expired shelf life.
- Used/modified tools (unless defective under warranty).
- Clearance/final-sale items.
3) Restocking Fees (stock items)
- 0–14 days: 20%
- 15–30 days: 25%

Our error/DOA: 0% (we cover return freight or replace at our cost)
4) RMA Process
- Email info@glazierproducts.com with Order/PO #, item #s, qty, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
- We issue an RMA with instructions. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Return items in original packaging, all components/labels intact; put the RMA on the label.
5) Shipping Responsibility
- Customer pays return freight unless it’s our error or the product is DOA/defective.
6) Refunds & Credits
- After inspection, refund to original payment or account credit within >3–5 business days (freight/services non-refundable).
- Contractor accounts may receive credit memos by default (except our error).
7) Damage & Shortages on Delivery
- Follow Shipping Policy §9. With timely documentation, we’ll replace/credit the item and manage the carrier claim.
8) Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties may apply; we’ll help facilitate with the OEM.
